Our Screening Process
Interviews:
In-Depth and personal interviews permit us to discover a great deal about an individual.
References:
We check a minimum of two references on each candidate and always strive to speak with former supervisors. If we are only able to verify dates and duties, you will be advised of same.
Drug Screening and Background Checks:
Background checks are performed on every employee post-hire. Drug screens are performed post-hire and at the client’s discretion.
Performance Evaluations:
We do not like to hear bad news, but we know that unhappy customers don’t complain, they do not return. So, we will call and/or email periodically to ensure the fit is right!
